- 200 g ham
- 200 g noodles
- 100 g grated cheese
- 1 onion
- oil, pepper, salt
Preparation
While cooking the noodles in salty water, cut and stir-fry the onion in a pan with some oil. Add the sliced ham afterwards. When the noodles are al-dente (do not overcook), add them to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Add the cheese and let it melt.
The Schinkenfleckerln are best served directly from the pan - as in an Austrian Schihütte.
