Salad from Potatoes

Ingredients, serves 6
- 600 g potatoes
- 1 onion
- 1/4 l hot bouillon
- 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- salt
- chives
Preparation
Boil the potatoes, peel while hot, cut in slices. Add hot bouillon. Add finely chopped onion. Mix vinegar, salt and oil and mix with potatoes.Stir well, potatoes should soak with the marinade.
Sprinkle with finely chopped chives.
