Roast Chicken

Ingredients, serves 3

  • 1 chicken, not too small
  • salt
  • oil

Preparation

Rub the chicken inside and outside with salt, brush with oil on all sides. Pour the remaining oil into an oven dish, set the chicken on it and let it roast in the preheated oven for about 1 hour at 180°C. Pour some of the liquid on the bottom of the dish over the chicken from time to time. Don't add water, roast until the chicken is really crispy. The chicken is done as soon as you can see the bones coming out of the roast legs.

You can serve salad, rice, fried potatoes or risipisi as a side dish.
