Quiche from Puff Pastry Filled with Smoked Salmon

Ingredients, serves 4

  • 1 packet of puff pastry
  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • dried beans for blind baking

Preparation

Put waxed paper into small pie shells (about 6cm diameter). Cut squares 8x8 cm from the puff pastry and place them on the paper, fill the shells with dried beans and bake in preheated oven at 200° fot 15 minutes. Then remove from the oven andempty them from the beans. Chop the salmon not too finely, stir with parsley and sour cream and refill the shells. Bake for another 10 minutes in the oven.
