Ilse's Hot Spaghetti (Spaghetti con aglio, olio e peperoncino)

Ingredients, serves 3
- 500 g spaghetti
- 6 cloves garlic
- 3 peperoncini (dried red pepper)
- olive oil
- Parmesan cheese, freshly ground
Preparation
Cook spaghetti al dente. Meanwhile cut garlic in thin slices, chop peperoncini finely. Sieve spaghetti. Heat oil in a pot, add garlic and peperoncini and fry carefully - avoid garlic to get brown. Add spaghetti and stir carefully.
Enjoy the dish with lots of freshly ground parmesan.
