Ham and Cheese Toast

Ingredients, serves 1

  • 3 slices of ham
  • 2 slices of cheese (Emmentaler, Bergbaron or Gauda)
  • 2 slices of bread for toasting
  • Ketchup
  • Sauce Tartare

Preparation

Put the ham and the cheese in the bread and put it into the toaster until the cheese nicely melts.

Best served with Ketchup and Sauce Tartare.
