Goulash from Potatoes
Preparation Time:

Ingredients, serves 4
- 500 g potatoes
- 1 l bouillon
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoos paprika, sweet
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of marjoram
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 Frankfurter sausages
Preparation
Peel and cut the potatoes in big cubes. Saute finely chopped onions in a pot, add paprika, stir and let fry a little. Add bouillon, the potatoes and season with minced garlic, salt, pepper, marjoram. Put a lid on the pot and let steam at low heat until the potatoes are well done (about 25 min). Then add the sausages, cut in 1 cm slices and let stew for another 5 minutes.
