Fried Chicken

Austria Ingredients, serves 4
- 1 chicken or 4 pieces of chicken
- salt
- 2 eggs
- flour
- breadcrumbs
- 1/2 l of oil for baking
Preparation
Separate the chicken to get proper pieces. Remove skin from the pieces. Salt chicken. Coat with flour, dip into the beaten eggs and then coat with breadcrumbs. Heat all the oil and cook one after the other until crispy and golden brown.
