Field Salad with Potato Dressing

Preparation Time:
30 minutes

Ingredients, serves 4

  • 500 g field salad
  • 1 potato
  • 4 tablespoons of wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • Salt, pepper
  • 2 slices of brown bread
  • 1 teaspoon butter

Preparation

Wash the field salad, let it get dry. Boil the potato, strain it while hot. Mix salt, pepper and vinegar, add oil, then the strained potato.

Cut the bread into cubes, roast in a little butter, let dry on crepe paper.

Serve the field salad with the potato dressing, sprinkled with bread cubes.
