Clear Vegetable Soup with Pofesen

Ingredients, serves 4

  • 3/4 l of clear vegetable soup
  • 2 slices of white bread
  • 1 egg
  • 4 teaspoons of ground cheese
  • oil for frying

Preparation

Beat the egg, mix with ground cheese. Cut the slices of white bread in 2 halves, roll in this mixture and fry in hot oil until golden brown. Strain on crepe paper or a tea towel.

Serve the cheese "Pofesen" in hot vegetable soup.
