Chicken Slices on Green Salad

Ingredients, serves 2
- 1 half of chickenbreast
- 1 egg
- salt, flour, breadcrumbs
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
Preparation
Remove skin and bones from the chicken,chop into bite size pieces. Beat the eggs and salt. Cover the slices with flour, then dip them into the beaten eggs and roll them in the breadcrumbs. Bake in hot oil until golden brown.
Wash the salad, put it onto plates, marinate with oil, salt, vinegar,just before serving. Take the chicken pieces out of the frying pan, pat them dry and lay them on the salad.
