Ilse's Hot Spaghetti (Spaghetti con aglio, olio e peperoncino)

Cooking time: 15 minutes

Ingredients, serves 3

  • 500 g spaghetti
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 3 peperoncini (dried red pepper)
  • olive oil
  • Parmesan cheese, freshly ground

Preparation of Ilse's Hot Spaghetti (Spaghetti con aglio, olio e peperoncino)

Cook spaghetti al dente. Meanwhile cut garlic in thin slices, chop peperoncini finely. Sieve spaghetti. Heat oil in a pot, add garlic and peperoncini and fry carefully - avoid garlic to get brown. Add spaghetti and stir carefully.

Enjoy the dish with lots of freshly ground parmesan.
