- 3/4 l of clear vegetable soup
- 2 slices of white bread
- 1 egg
- 4 teaspoons of ground cheese
- oil for frying
Preparation of Clear Vegetable Soup with Pofesen
Beat the egg, mix with ground cheese. Cut the slices of white bread in 2 halves, roll in this mixture and fry in hot oil until golden brown. Strain on crepe paper or a tea towel.
